How to wake up early?

I need 6 pieces of advice for my English homework,but this 'problem' is kinda stupid to me,because I always get up late XD
Even when I go to bed early!

Native American Indians used a trick to wake up early to hunt. They would drink more water before they went to bed, that way they would wake up early to pee, and go hunting. I hope that gives you one piece to your puzzle.

Get plenty of rest, set your alarm clock, get up at the same time every day, go to bed early, leave your curtains open so the sun can shine in, take a nap in the afternoon if you are tired

I agree with SherryA, I find that if I wake up at the same time every day it is a lot easier to get up early. Also, most people will suggest that you use a gentle alarm, but I find that harsher ones are a lot harder to sleep through and so it helps me to get up. You know on an iPod how it has the alien sound I use that and don't put whatever you use for your alarm within reach of your bed because you'll be tempted to just hit snooze. Even on weekends you should try to wake up no later than 9 because otherwise when you get to monday again you wont be able to wake up

Try and go to bed early enough and around same time each night, don't be on your phone or reading in bed or after a while you'll feel like your not tired anymore and won't sleep, set your alarm for a certain time and have it set for that time every day. When you turn off your alarm don't hop back in bed and say 5 more mins, get up there and then and make sure you don't forget your stuff for school! :p hope I helped :)

Build a sleep routine. Like hit the showers just before you go to bed. The water will soothe you and you would like fall asleep quickly- one addition to this step- YOU have to sleep early so adjust shower time accordingly- Yeah and you will tend to fall asleep quickly which means early and you'll be all set for the next day. This routine will take a while to build up properly. Hope it helped and sorry it is so confusing :)
