How can i take a good picture of myself?

when i take pictures i always look like a stalker or an idiot. any tips?

Don't stare too widely at the camera or don't look at it at all, and don't smile too widely. Take pictures with mirrors its easier to pose how you like. Wear cool stuff that suits you and maybe shots of the side of your face or something, trying different poses will help. And maybe edit the pics :) or make it black and white, different tones, film grain, stuff like that. XD hope this helps you out. But posing in front of a mirror helps the most, you might even stare at yurself a lot and uncontiously have fun makin funny poses and stuff XP ... mirrors are so fun lol.

Why don't you just dress up for the picture, do your hair, wear nice clothes, smile big. if you feel great while your getting your picture taken then your pose won't be so awkward. you look fine in your profile picture so I'm guessing this is all in your head.
