Okay, well, I ll give you the true story of religion: There s God. God created man and woman and they multiplied and some became corrupted by the devil. They go away from God and when they begin to remember God, but at the same time wonder other things, and with influence of the devil, paganism and idolatry are made. Derivated from the truth, with a few confusions is enough to give birth to religions. But there s no right religion. One must have a direct relationship with a person. 1. Get to know Him. 2. love Him. He is Jesus. That s christianity, that s whgy its not a religion. And since the demons are who made the other religions, they support their religions, that s why multiple religions have miracles even today s days. But that end is of doom and no religion can defeat Jesus. The diofferences in between religions vary, but at least now youy have this info. Gby
evident that each religion differs widely on important foundational beliefs, such as the nature of God and the Person of the Lord Jesus. In addition, most religions are secretly exclusive, viewing themselves as alone being the one true group who serve God correctly and the channel by which salvation is found. Christianity, on the other hand, makes no secrets about truth being found in one channel. But this is not found in a Church, but rather in a Person - Jesus Christ.
Religion is man's effort to find God. In that sense they are all the same. True Biblical salvation is based on a relationship with God and based on the work of God, reaching down to man, revealing himself through Jesus Christ and the Bible, and offering by his Grace, the forgiveness of sin that opens the way to a real relationship with holy God. You could spend your life investigating religions or study comparative religions but it is better to start where God has given us direct information about himself. Read the Bible and once you find the truth in it, then seek fellowship with like-minded believers.
All religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) are One source and that they are all from God, and there is no difference between them and the difference between them is the time of the Prophet. And all the prophets are brothers and we must believe them all, because it is God who sent them. God said in Qur'an: Mankind were one community and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them He sent down the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed. And only those to whom (the Scripture) was given differed concerning it after clear proofs had come unto them through hatred, one to another. Then Allah by His Leave guided those who believed to the truth of that wherein they differed. And Allah guides whom He wills to the Straight Path. The Jew who believes in true religion is Muslim, and Christian who believes in the true religion is Muslim. And the word Islam mean faith in God and his angels, his books, his prophets without distinction between any of his messengers to the last Messenger sent by God This is the evidence from Qur'an: Father of the prophets Ibrahim " When his Lord said to him, "Submit (i.e. be a Muslim)!" He said, "I have submitted myself (as a Muslim) to the Lord of the (mankind, jinn and all that exists)." And both Abraham and Jacob recommend their sons, saying, And this (submission to Allah, Islam) was enjoined by (Abraham) upon his sons and by (Jacob) (saying), "O my sons! Allah has chosen for you the (true) religion, then die not except in the Faith of Islam (as Muslims - Islamic Monotheism)."and sons of Jacob answered their father"Or were you witnesses when death approached (Jacob)? When he said unto his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We shall worship your (God - Allah), the (God) of your fathers, (Abraham), (Ishmael), (Isaac), One (God), and to Him we submit (in Islam)." And (Moses) said: "O my people! If you have believed in Allah, then put your trust in Him if you are Muslims (those who submit to Allah?s Will)." and the disciples say to Jesus,"Then when (Jesus) came to know of their disbelief, he said: "Who will be my helpers in Allah?s Cause?" And (the disciples) said: "We are the helpers of Allah, we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims (i.e. we submit to Allah)."
