How can i get more flexible
Stretching exercises will help you become more flexible.
Yoga for sure. lol. Gymnastics.
stretching EVERY day and pushing it til u can feel it them hold it there then do it again
Stretching, doing the flex-ex program at your local gym, taking yoga lessons at least twice a week got 30 minutes or more, if you don't like those ideas, you could sign up for a dance/Gymnastics group.
