Personally, I would listen to music and pray. Listening to music tends to take my mind off of things and make me feel better. Prayer is ALWAYS the answer. :)

It depends on if you are depressed about a situation for a short time or if you are clinically depressed. That would mean you are depressed for an extended period and the depression interferes with your life. If you are clinically depressed you need to reach out for help. Ask parents, a counselor, a crisis line or therapist to help you.

watch funny movies and youtube videos,Hang out with friends or family more,give yourself alone time and more sleep,work out or clean your room to get anger out by doing something positive for yourself,make changes to all. of the stuff that is making you depressed of feel down or you could get rid of all the bad and negative energy or people hurting you,do more stuff you love and like to do
