Identify what it is that you find so compelling about Facebook use, and then figure out if you are addicted to Facebook, or actually addicted to socializing. If you find Facebook is your true addiction, see a psychologist or psychiatrist for professional advice. If you find you merely require social interaction to feel good, then you're like everyone else. Get some friends together and go camping or something.
The key to overcome Facebook addiction is to form a new daily habit that will REPLACE the unhealthy behavior.
