Why do you get cramps before diarrhea?

Report as

Your body is acting to move stuff through your intestines way faster than normal. This is not a good thing to happen, so your brain has evolved to make it hurt.

If it is recurring enough to be a regular discomfort, please consult a medical doctor on how to best manage your specific health needs.
