What group of people do not use technology anywhere in the world

Homeless? Although I guess shopping carts qualify as 'technology', to an extent.

I think the Amish use some farming technology, such as light bulbs and grain augers.

Don't Pygmies have those blow dart gun thingies that they can put a poison in your arse? Or a sore?

Gee, you're right! The real question then is, what IS technology?

Technolgy is ... anything that works sometimes but breaks and needs a consultant to fix it. Yay!

Ok then, the homeless and the Pygmies don't have consultants, therefore they qualify as groups without technology. I feel *so* smart

[thumbing thru my "blowgun repair for dummies" manual] I could beg to differ, sass, but that would rain on your smart parade. Do you have a degree in empirical semantics and practical logic? If not, you should consider it - you just smoked me.

Sheree I'd agree with you to a point, but I think that in a "horse and buggy" combo, the "buggy" constitutes technology - not maybe on the same level as an iPhone - but if you put me in the middle of a forest with no tools, I suspect I could not come out riding in a buggy (or even *with* tools, for that matter).

So we're back to square one again. What IS technology?
I shall nod off this early morning and ponder...

I know there are many tribes in Africa and parts of Asia that do not use technology. I am 100% certain that the Amish community in the USA does not use technology. Hope this helps!
