Practice dribbling full court distance up the court and back, using your left hand only. Repeat four more times. Then do the same right handed only. Then go up court left handed, down court right handed. Repeat this four more times. Do this daily and you'll improve. Coaches really covet players with excellent ball control.
Really the only thing you can do is to just dribble......... Dribble 10mins with each hand, then practice running while dribbling(even like driving to the paint each way 10times). So this every day and you'll slowly get very good.
Use two balls at the same time one with left one with right. Practice dribbling them at the same time then alternate n try to do crossovers. Then get a chair and practice with one ball dribbling around it. NBA Ballers for Kinect helps too.
