Detox bath, flushes out your system and makes you feel relaxed, fill the tub with hot water and add sea salt, your choice of scented oils, tea bags... Anything you like. This will loosen muscles relax the mind and bring you better energy for the next day. Only stay in for a max of 20 mins because drawing out too many toxins can be bad.
