I have a skinny stomach, thin arms, and tiny legs BUT HUGE HIPS! Why?

I have a huge muffin top and I want it gone! what are some exercises/diet tips I could use to make the excess fat go away?

It's most likely not fat. It could just be your bone structure.

Sounds like me lol It is family genes that cause most issues like that.

It's just the structure of your hip bone. And you should enjoy it I would kill to have skinny everything with still a little curve. :)

It's the way your structure is. Your hip bone is in that place for a reason. Possibly because of family genes.

Bone structure can't be changed. If you're just going thru puberty then the rest may catch up. If you have a skinny stomach than how can you have a muffin top? Muffin tops are usually caused by excess stomach fat brought on by stress (the release of cortisol) or menopause. This may sound silly but maybe your pants are too low and too tight. Try another style and it may be more flattering.

Sometimes it's just genes or bone structure. But you can always do leg lifts and lunges to try and help with thighs and hips. Also try lower abdominal workouts for muffin tops. Good Luck! They are usually a pain!
