If you have the all the legal documents that would support the purchase and that of the house, then you are still the legal owner. However, if you have don't have anything that shows that they belong to you, then you might lose them. You need to check with the council to be sure.

You said you lost the land that your house was on so therefore you lost it lock,stock and barrel. The piece of land you bought is now yours to do with as you please. One situation has naught to do with the other according to your question.
