Is it possible to be anorexic without realizing it? I only eat about one meal a day and when I do, it's barely enough to satisfy.
I also don't purposely avoid meals because I think I'm a little to thick, I simply don't eat. However, last year I did struggle with my body image, and although not eating crossed my mind, I never actually went through with it. Could it be a subconscious thing? I am kind of curious.
