unless you get them reduced after a year to a mistameaner the felony will stay once they reduce it i think you can have them removed. not real sure on the second point but if it was a violent crime or sexual they will not reduce those

Most felony convictions remain forever. Depending on what you did you moght be able to petition the courts to get something reduced or expunged but thats rare with felonies.

A felony is there for the ret of your life. Misdemeanors have diff times they run off your record. My husband has a felony from 18 yrs ago and it's not going anywhere. I have a few misdemeanors on mine but one only shows up for 7 yrs so it doesn't show now unless they go back longer then it's still there. It depends on how long the company or school looks back
