Does dying your hair damage your hair?

Will the texture of my hair get hard,or will it become more frizzy or will portions of my hair fall out, just look for the consequences

Dying your hair does not damage it unless you use poor quality dyes since chemicals make the hair weak. You should also reduce heat styles because that might break your hair. Yes it damage it because our hair get dry due to heat provided by drier but this heat is not uniformly distributed in our hair by drier which results in burn of hair as a result hair loss occurs though in this way it damages our hair !

Yep, dying your hair damages it.
Dying it a darker color ("deposit only") is less damaging than bleaching, but you're still putting harsh chemicals in it. Lightening your hair ("lifting," bleaching, highlights, etc.) will strip the color out of your hair & leave the texture drier.
It's best to stick with your natural color, but if you really want to dye it, have it done professionally & ask your stylist for good shampoo & products formulated for dyed hair. Good products make a big difference & help to keep your hair looking as healthy as possible. :)

The Shielo Leave in Protectant was recommended to me by my hairstylist a few months ago after my hair suffered major heat damage due to excessive flat ironing and blowdrying. In just a few minutes, the Shielo Protectant transformed my hair completely and I definitely noticed a difference after just one use. I cannot stop touching my hair - it went from dry, damaged, and dull to shiny, healthy, and super soft. It is a little expensive, but it is a great investment and this product lasts for a long time ( I only use it 1-2 times a week because that is plenty).
