Make an eating schedule. Have set times for each meal and do not snack in between. Also, after the first serving, wait ten minutes before taking another. Ofter, you will realize your stomach has settled and you are no longer hungry.
just drink a lot of water, it will make you full and since it is 100% nutrients and wont make you gain any weight. You could also tie your feet together, it worked for me because I was too lazy to untie it so I could get the food.
