Replace the fuel pressure regulator. It is leaking through into the fuel rail.

It's me yardape again . Could u please shed some light on your answer. I'm failing to connect the dots here. It makes sense however since I am experiencing a fuel problem and must pour a small amount of fuel into the throttle body to start in the morning.

I assumed that your engine is fuel injected. When my engine was warm and it sat for around 30 minutes it wouldn't hardly start back, because it was flooded from the gas leaking through the pressure regulator into the fuel rail which delivers fuel to each cylinder.

I read your question again and I may have mistook it for you meaning that it wouldn't start but would turn over. Sorry about that.
