I actually met a man who had done that. He was a real-life Forrest Gump.
He had no high school education and got a job working as a laborer on building sites. Then he realised that there was money to be made supplying materials to builders. So he borrowed some money and bought an old truck, then another, until he owned a fleet of new trucks.
When he realised I worked for a large Japanese company he offered his card and on it was a picture of his boat. It was a $6m catamaran he used to ferry tourists to Great Keppel Island, off the Australian coast.

As shown by other answers you can work to make a lot of money w/ out an education, but you need to realize that it will take a lot of hard work, talent and skill to get to that point. Having an education and degree behind you can make it a little easier to open doors and find investors, but the foundation of it all is the time, effort and work you put into making the money itself. To put it simply...lazy people will not achieve their full potential or their goals w/ out work and effort.
If you have an innovative idea and which can be marketed then you might be able to make millions. However its not easy as its written here. Education gives you knowledge and I feel this is also an important part for you to make millions.
