I need help with my puppy

she is 6 months old and we have her on a daily schedule. when she wakes up she PEES then we give her canned food and 20 min. later she POOS then every 2 to 2 1/2 hours she goes out to PEE then around 6 we give her more canned food and she goes POO again but today she hasn't gone today and we stuck to the schedule P.S my parents wont take her to the vet so don't suggest it and what do I do to make her get back in her schedule

Maybe, she just want to make some changes today due to her PMS :D just observe her for a couple of days if something happen, convince your parents to take her to the vet.

Try 2 Tbsps of canned pumpkin. Make sure it is pure pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling. Wait a couple of hrs, if nothing moves give her another 2 Tbsps. Make sure she has plenty of water. If nothing happens in 24-36 hrs, she will need to see the vet.

When she is outside is she too distracted? That could be why, particularly if she hasn't associated outside with peeing/pooping yet. Also, I hope you only mean your parents won't take her to the vet for this problem, because for more troubling things a dog may really need to go to the vet...
