How do I keep my puppy from "using it" all over the house?

Nothing is working. I've tried so much, it's ridiculous.

Let it outside three times a day for 15 minutes for a week or two an your pet will have it mind set that they should "use it" outside an also punish it if they "use it" inside.

Thanks.

"Punish" it? How? A lot of people don't know that puppies bladders don't grow as fast as they do. They do need to be trained for sure. But what kind of "punishment"?

All pets need to be trained that the home isn't their bathroom. Walk your pet often, and buy training pads, mop up an accident with one and place it in the bathroom, then slowly move it to the door, and when you see the pup using the one by the door, put it outside and watch for when the pet stands near the door, then let them out if able, or walk them. Another good way is crate training, but that's another story.
