I have had three kids and trying to lose the tummy roll. Any suggestions?

I had twins via c section. the rest of my body is back to normal except my stomach. try your best but some women have better luck than others. obviously cardio and a healthy diet helps. focus on any ab exercises...planks crunches leg lifts side bends....

I know...once your muscles separate you can try to strengthen them but only surgery puts them back together where they are tight...sigh

dancing! I personally lost 45 pounds from dancing and eating healthier. it's fun and easy and you slim down all over
