Many girls do not get their cycle until 15, 16 and some as late as 17 and 18. So, nothing odd there. As for a discharge. You may have a yeast infection. They often crop up when you have been on any medicine. They can also crop up if your diet is way out of whack because some people just produce more yeast than others and some foods can make it worse. Mention this to your Mom or another adult female you trust. You need a doctor to confirm if it is yeast and then there are multiple medicines that clear it up. Some can be bought over the counter but don't get it unless a doctor confirms what it is. It may be as simple as needing to clean with some water! So...get it checked but assume it is probably very normal!
