Best to exercise, like morning jogs daily or at least three times per week. Doing something basic like 35 jumping jacks will work too. Eat healthy as well. Think about what you're going to put into your mouth. Sometimes, even resisting one bar of snickers or milky way can be a big help.
Well, If I were you, I would start eating as healthy as possible. Turn down any unhealthy food offers from your parents or friends. Also, going for a long distanced run every now and then would definitely be to your benefit. The more you run, the easy the next run will be. It's kind of like taking your first shots of vodka. The first ones are a pain in the ass, and then after that, you think you're drinking water.
I have preached this to so many people, Do not focus on weight lost, instead focus on inches lost and being healthy. Work out and eat the right foods, drink water, etc. And do not only do workouts that target specific areas (example: just focusing on the tummy.) Be sure to also do plenty of cardio workouts. Doing cardio burns the calories and sheds the fat so you can better see the muscle you already do have. Working out and eating healthier causes you to lose fat and gain muscle, but muscle weighs more than fat. I've gained almost 3 lbs since I started working out, but I look like I weigh about 25 lbs less than I actually do because I have muscle tone. Measure your waist/arms/legs/etc and think instead about inches lost. Most importantly, though, think healthy :)

Just do a basic workout once or twice a day like 5 sit ups 10 push ups and 15 jump squats 5 reps, mix it up and do easy simple stuff, jogging, pullups etc.. also try to cut down on sugary sweets and giant portions
1. Eat a 3 healthy meals a day with no snacks. eat around 1,400- 1,700 HEALTHY calories a day. Proteins, (meats, eggs, etc.) WHOLE grains, (bread, etc. do not eat multi grain, it gains fat) nuts, veggies, fruits. 2. Get 45-60 minutes of cardio a day. Do not just do muscle building/ toning workouts. You MUST do cardio alone or with them. (running, jumping rope, intensity, etc.) 3. Keep your chin up and stay positive. These WILL all work, don't give up.

Limit your snacking. If you REALLY want to lose weight, try the military diet. You lose 6-10 pounds per week! It's very strict and almost guaranteed if you stick to it. Look it up on google or something, it's easy to find and there's even an entire website about it, if your not interested, find an exercise program or dieting plan:)
