If you drink plenty of fluids before you go, and you can bring a water bottle with you. Try not to brush your tongue to much when brushing your teeth, you maybe spitting away some of your tongue's natural fluids. Try not to do lots of work outs, that way you aren't wasting water from your body through sweat. If you're working out replenish your water frequently. Do not just do all work no drink. You could also just need some chap stick? Lol.

If you are not allowed to chew gum in school, a 'Lifesaver' in the side of your mouth will make your mouth water, and not be noticed. Also your mouth will stay hydrated better if you breathe through your nose and not your mouth
