How do I ignore food cravings and hunger?
I've been trying to diet but I'm wondering how to make dieting easier by taking my minds off of the feeling of being hungry. What can I do to take my mind off of food? My bmi has increased to 20 and its really upset me, because I've always maintained a bmi of around 18 to 19 and I feel like if I keep eating like I do, I'll be over weight. But I'm having troubles still with food cravings. What can I do?
