Help in soccer ?

ok so im 16 years old 5'10 and weight 145 lbs and i want to know how i can get better at soccer like vision , to see other players , dribbling and ball control what specific drills can i do to improve that ? Thanks

do lots of core exercises so you stop fast and take off fast and use a tennis ball to dribble and sit on your butt and practice bouncing the ball off your sweet spot if u don't know where that is point or toe and hit at the flat end for the ball to go straight up no spinning also try to stand on a pillow with one foot and practice ur balance also watch professional soccer also practice your throw ins to get distance
