Is Shaun T's "Insanity" workout program for me?
I'm a female teen and I have abnormally large biceps as it is (just from push-ups, planking and such) and a "shorter, thicker" kind of build. Building muscle comes way to easily for me. I want to know if Insanity will just tone (not increase muscle mass). Also, I'm a runner and weight loss is not a concern.
