. ive played the oboe for a year and the flute for 5 years. and i understand the amount of frustration.. i would recommend going to a music store and buying a book that teaches the fingereing, scales and also some easy music. the books are usually around 7 to 15 dollars.. but if you look on ebay you could find some really cheap good luck! umm this website should help though for now? also just google some easy begginers sheet music once you have learned the fingerings!!

Just download some of Paul Desmond's music, and listen very carefully, that's what an alto sax is supposed to sound like
