The term Third World arose during the Cold War to define countries that remained non-aligned with either NATO (with the United States, Western European nations and their allies representing the First World), or the Communist Bloc (with the Soviet Union, the People's Republic of China, Cuba and their allies representing the Second World).
First world people are: People who are really rich, they have the money for almost everything. 2- Is well me and maybe you roo, you have the money for what you need, food, water, entertainment, etc. and a third world country/ third world people are the people without money, for example people in Africa, they dont have their daily needs and they live on a minimum.
Countries or nations that have a very low standard of living and are" backwards" with regards to material wealth or technology. Africa has been considered third world, but there is oil, gold and diamonds there. Southeast Asia is very poor, possibly them, and many smaller countries are not in the best shape either.
