Easy?....no it takes time and dedication.... Cardio like running, swimming, dancing.... Eat 5-6 healthy balanced meals a day... Drink a lot of water.... Avoid junk food, soda... And don't ever give up...

Easy doesn't really apply to weight loss. Eat less, exercise more. Eat to feed your hunger (physical sensation in your stomach) nor your appetite (mental thought that you want to eat). If you can't work out (out of shape or just don't want to) try doing things differently. Ride a bike instead of in a car. Take the stairs instead of an elevator. Go the long way around when walking somewhere. Have your friends/parents park further from doors of places, or let you off so you have to walk to the mall/school/whatever door instead of riding there. Don't try to lose too much weight too quickly. Your body will think you are starving and slow down your metabolism so it gets harder and harder to lose weight. Try to find an exercise that you like; dancing works for many, it's fun and it burns calories.
1. Drink lots of water. 2. NO soda. NO caffeine. NO fried foods. 3. Walk, swim, bike, whatever- MOVE for at least 45 minutes every day. 4. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 5. No solid food within 4 hours of bedtime. 6. Do not try to starve yourself. It won't work. 7. Eat between 4 and 6 small meals (250-300 calories each) per day. 8. Ignore the haters. They're just jealous that fat people can go on a diet to get thin, but jerks are always gonna be jerks.

you could eat fruits like strawberries,blue berrie,and other fruits. +you could walk 1 or 2 miles with a friend.(you could walk to school). ride bikes when you go to store you can look for lowfat things like yougurt
My schedule everyday: Breakfast: Eggs or Cereal Lunch: Sandwich or salad Snack: Fruits or veggies Dinner: Rice with chicken You have to eat your serving size though. I work out 1 hour later after my dinner around 7-8 p.m. because that is when it gets cool outside and i workout for 1-2 hours. I do squats, tummy crunches, jumping jacks, biking, and running. If you really want to lose weight as soon as possible and will do anything to lose weight, then go on YouTube and look up Insanity Workout. That will help you out for sure! :) Good Luck ! :)
