How do you stop lucid dreaming

I learned through research online that I am a lucid dreamer. Which means I am aware that I am dreaming and due to that fact I am able to control my dreams.
To a lot of people that may be a commodity but for me it defeats the purpose of a dream.
To me the awareness of this dream means that I am conscious. But it is through the subconscious (My random dreams. Ones I had no control over) that I have learned about my self.
I used to have dreams that were so random and I couldn't wake up from them even if I wanted to even if they were scary or sad. Those are the dreams I want to get back to. But I don't know how
Any suggestions

Go and talk to a Clinical Hypnotherapist who will help you understand what is happening to you. And more particularly what can be done to restore your dreaming to normal.

Lol wish I had the money and knew where to find one of those

It's not expensive - a lot less than using a Psychotherapist, anyway. Look in your local phone book, or ask Mr Google to give you contacts in your State....

So every dream you have is lucid? Wow, I want what you have, I only lucid dream from time to time, I have never heard of someone being able to lucid dream 100% of dreams, I don't know how to help you there, what faith are you? Maybe you can address your problem that way?

Idk why its just easy for me. Its like day dreaming for me. I can hear and realize everything around me. Like if my mom calls me or if my phone goes off i can tell right away. So im awake while im dreaming. I can nearly remember everything as well because i control the dream.
Lol idk how some ones faith will help them with that

well for a Christian crying out to Jesus can stop night paralysis, so I assume it can do the same for a lucid dream, for a wiccan there may be a spell, for a buddhist there may be some form of meditation that can get you off the lucid dream. My lucid dreams are about 2% of my dreams, when I start taking control I just end up waking up.

Lol well Im a christian. and dont mistake this next statment for disrespect of god. I know for a fact that he exist. but in this case this is more of either a scientific or logical thing.
But yea when it comes to me controling my dreams. I can stop or start whenever and get up outta bed even though most of the time becuz id rather continue dreaming than wake up i choose to stay in bed

I on the other hand cant get back to the lucid dream, I´l just wake up and be like ahhh it happened again, and even if I get back to sleep I cant continue from where I left off, I either wont dream or just have a regular dream. When I start to lucid dream I feel a rush of energy and the sensation of floating at the same time, then everything will get blurry or bright and I´m awake.

That sounds like a regular dream to me.
Thats how my dreams used to be as a kid.
They were uncontrollable even when i knew i was dreaming
normally i couldnt awake until i had died or it had finished on its own.
I guess in a defensive way that is how my mind learned to cope

Easy. Since dreams are from the subconscious, instruct one's subconscious to recalibrate the "settings" to your dreams.

Dude I wish I were a lucid dreamer! That would be awesome. Mind if I ask why you would like to stop it?

A lucid dream to me is like writing a book. I can do and create whatever I want.
But dreams where I cant control is like reading a book that you dont know anything about. It has a whole bunch of hidden meanings and symbols. You have to read inbetween the lines.
And through those dreams I used to have when I was a kid I learned alot about myself.

You can't really stop lucid dreaming. I know so, I have had experience. But when I have lucid dreams, I am able to convince myself that this is a dream. Have fun with it. Take control and do what you want, such as kissing a hot movie star! :)

is there a way to do 50/50?

Lol not anymore. Because ive become so good at being mentally aware it has just become a natural reaction for me to take control over the dream.
On the plus side I know my own emotions on a basic level. I can turn them on and off like a switch. But on the down side I cant figure out anything that would be suppressed. Emotions or feelings I wouldnt even know I have.

Yes - there IS something you can do to adjust your dreaming to a level you feel comfortable with - gp and see a Clinical Hypnotherapist who can guide you into a level of dreaming that is healthy for you. Right now there is a major nasty lurking in your subconscious mind that is disturbing ALL your dreaming patterns. One or two sessions and you will be just fine!!!
