Good luck with that! but who wants to live this kind of a life? I think it's not about being used to it more than not seeing te alternative options like relaxing your body, involving in social life (family + friends), time to spend with God "if you are a believer" I guess you may feel like time is not enough to finish everything so some how you fit yourself to this system. You know life ends but work never does.

The person needs to seek guidance and counseling from a professional guidance and counselor. He or she also needs to socialize and make new friends, try out different and new things and do interesting things like watching a good movie.
