If you have refreshed the page and you still get the same message, you need to close your browser and open it again, and go to the page again. Enter a different date of birth this time, and with luck, you'll get an account. If this doesn't work, get in touch with their customer support, you might not get anywhere but it's worth a try.
When you do not get an account because of age requirements, then you can refresh the page and start signing up again. If you do not get the page, then you will have to go back and enter the date of birth in a different way. If you still encounter problems, get in touch with their customer support service.
