Dell has blatantly lied to me on two occasions, is there anything I can do?
Well, the first little white lie wasn't as bad, they said my hard drive needed replacing, which they would've done for free. The second little white lie was that they said my screen was broken, they said that it would cost around $350 to fix it. I opted out and had them ship it back with what they could fix, fixed. (As you could probably tell,) I'm on my "broken" computer now typing this.
