Any ballet/pointe tips?:)

on Monday, I'm getting evaluated to a professional ballet school and I'm really excited! I need to lose some weight and get more flexible; more-so on my left. any diets, stretches, or exercises to do?

One thing you should concentrate on would be stretching to improve your flexibility. Try working on your body placement as you go into your pique' and concentrate on your leading arm. When it comes to diet, you should watch your calorie and starch intake as you do not want to add weight at this moment. You can check out http://www.ballettipsandtricks.com/ for more tips.

One thing that is important to remember is to always have a flat back. When you do pleas and bend over always have a flat back. But that is only a simple tip you'll learn in a dance class.

There is one very very important rule. DON'T SICKLE. Also remember to point those toes and keep those legs straight. Good luck, dear. What school?

:O I would love to go to a good ballet school but I live in the sticks of Kentucky. We're lucky to have good restaurants. I want to move so badly. Enjoy it for me ok?
