No, only south Korea, and that at this moment is still only an idle threat. They always give this response when ever the U.S. joins south Korea in training/wargames. It is just a ploy to get global attention for the suffering they've brought upon themselves.
N Korea is dangerously close to have committed an act of war, if they haven't already. They stopped S Korea from working in their mutually owned factory on the border as an act of defiance. Now they are reactivating there uranium facility.... It looks like this turkey is going to bring it to the mat. What a fool. He can't back down and lose face with his people with all the crowing he's done. We have all kinds of defense going on over there now. The guy is insane. Hopefully his soldiers will have figured this out and protest with mutiny before they all go down.
They are showing hostility with their threats, and in my opinion I think we should take them out first, I don't think we should wait another minute, we should strike first, and strike hard, we should cripple and or destroy their military, and take out all their nuke reactors, if they want to start a war lets stop them before they get stronger, and more dangerous
Yes and No. The Korean War never ended. United State, S. Korea and N. Korea never signed a peace treaty to end the war. But no one is fighting so you can't really call a war. P.S. it's the longest war in history.
