Why are french fries called french when they aren't?
sense it totally makes -_-;
The 'French' in French Fry refers to the cut of the potato not where the fry is from.
That's where they came from
French fries are not french? i dont want to live on this planet anymore -_-
Moviefan is right, it's the way they are cut.
I dont know exactly but french fries originated in Belgium
It should be called American Fry.
Hmm I don't know why neither unless they run the fries all the way to french just to call them french fries, but instead they should be called USA fries or American fries and the America song starts to play to-da to-da to-DAAAAAAA! Lol xD
moviefan007 is correct...
