I say this: Since you weigh 123 lbs. & you trying to bench 200, make sure that you gain more muscles at that point. & after you are through with 190 lbs, now you can put on 200. But don't strangle too hard or you'll hurt yourself. ;)
The energy levels in your body tend to fluctuate from time to time due to various factors. Start with the 190 pounds you are currently lifting and work your way up to 230 pounds or higher. At the moment, I wouldn't recommend straining yourself because you could hurt yourself.
