What is the difference between "absolute" and "overall" (or "observed") survival rate in medicine (eg oncology) ?

Report as

Overall is the full cover that is used as a protective cloth to cover the arms and legs when working while absolute means free from mixture. The overalls are used by doctors in laboratories or when performing an operation.
