You can't search for users on Ask, but you can "follow" them if you like their answers.
Look through your Q & A. Since you know the person's username, you should be able to find the answer you're talking about. When you find it, click on their username. That'll take you to the person's profile page.
From there, click on "Follow." After you've done that, you can click on "Connections" to see what Q's that person has answered, then you can comment/talk to them there.
That's all there is to it -- that's how you "talk to" & keep in touch with other Ask users. :)

Yeah... I'm not so fond of the fact that I can be Googled. Well, I don't have my name or any important info in my profile, so I suppose it's fine.
Plus, everyone on Ask can see my profile at any time, and non-Ask "strangers" wouldn't know my username to Google it... eh, I guess it's no big deal... I was just surprised to see how much "MY" name is used... and WHAT it's used for -- wow!

BTW: In case you weren't aware, my username come from my broken hip joint/femur... that's all!! I never meant it to mean the sort of "stuff" that comes up when ya Google it -- reference to broken bones -- nothing more, nothing less... :)

I know that ! I've never googled you before . I rarely ever do . I just read their profiles on here and that's all that matters ! You know the Internet , if there's some smut they can get on there , they will ! They can't get anything more than what's on your profile . But some people use it to find people they want to ! Oh , well !

Yeah... it's not a big deal, I was just surprised. Like I said, it's ONLY my Ask profile that comes up w/ Google, & there certainly isn't anything in my profile that's "Top Secret," ha!
Speaking of my username, I'm only 3 days away from my "AllBangedUp" anniversary -- a whole YEAR already, wow! It was Easter Eve last yr. when I broke my leg completely off of the hip joint. (Easter was early this year, or late last year..?)
Doing okay these days, still limpin', still hurtin'.
Once the weather's a little warmer, I'll be going for a lot of walks. Need to strengthen all the muscles the surgeon cut through to "install my hardware." (Icky, I feel a bit queasy when I think of what they did in there! Can feel the hardware moving when I move my leg -- yuck!)

Are you feeling better with your Meniere's Disease? I hope so! (Not sure of the spelling of "many-ears.") 8)
I'm going to spend some time w/ a friend this afternoon, so I need to limp into the shower now... Take care... see ya soon! :)

The only way to do this is to track down one of their answers and comment to them.

Also, there are many people on this site who can give you valuable information. When people answer a question, it's up to you to evaluate whether they're being logical, guessing, or just being silly. If you have a specific question, post the question, and perhaps that person will show up to answer it.
