Biking.It is a nice way to build your body.I ride my mountain bicycle go home ,sometimes.It will cost about 4~5 hours for the 85KM-trip .Though tiring,interesting.
Start Running & work out by your body's power , & get sports things like swimming,, & control your food, for example don't eat fast foods soft_ drinks , Bears. ect .. ..
Running away from zombies
Burn more calories than you consume.. And do some physical activities.. Drink no sodas
