Just like bradahh said. Eat small portions of healthy meals and RUN!! Run alot. Your fat is like a body suit you cant just lose it in one area. (I'm female btw.) I joined a gym recently and have been running alot and doing light strength exercises and I dropped from a jean size of 7/9 to a 3 and have wiggle room:) !! Oh yea, cut out soft drinks and drink alot of water! You'll notice a difference quick!
