What is an example of metaphor used in the book Beastly?

I need help on this for a school project! I can't find a metaphor anywhere!

A metaphor is to say something IS another thing rather than LIKE another thing (simile).

I only read the first few pages however during Kendra's speech about the "dance" ballots she says, "They're sheep, following the herd." That's a metaphor because she said they (the students) ARE sheep not LIKE sheep.
