I'm 148 and I am going to the beach in 3 months and I want to be 120 how can I get that skinny

No I was also going to try it for the summer, but I saw other people's result photos and it looks like it really works, even in the first week it showed results on people, just google it then look in images and you can see that people actually posted how it went for them.

Eat three healthy meals a day and drink plenty of water. Go for long walks and/or jogs. Do crunches and push ups.

you have to lose weight all over. then do crunches. Eating mostly vegetables and fruit help you lose weight fast. every meal should have veggies. except maybe breakfast and that's when you should eat lots of fruit.

Just remember
Eating healthy= weight loss
Also
Eating healthy = 20% exercise AND 80% diet!!!!
Diet= veggies, fruit, water, protein
