Why is my Bearded Dragon Lizard's leg like discolored?

My Bearded Dragon Lizard has a discolored area in his left "arm" and he is not shedding because he finished shedding last week. That is the only part that is discolored. I have touched that part of his leg and it is painful to him. It is also a lot smoother than scales are suppose to be. He has a good diet and I change his water dish everyday like I am suppose to. He gets the correct amount of UV/ UVB a day also. Is it some type of disease and will it go away?

There is a high possibility that the bearded dragon lizard injured its leg. This is what is causing the discoloration and the pain. Have a vet examine it for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Did your lizard hit his left arm? When I had a lizard, the same thing happened, but it turned out she had hit it. Which sounds weird, but you should get it checked, like we did.
