Hello Tinon. I agree with the other answers have your eyes & blood pressure checked. I have Graves (Thyroid) Eye Disease so this is from experience & info from my Opthomologists. When reading, driving, on the computer, etc. you are focusing on one thing and not blinking as often as normal. This causes your eyes to dry out & also become red/fatigued. Take a break every 20 minutes & look up and focus on something across the room or in the distance. Another hint is to wet a washcloth 2-3 times a day with hot (not burning) water or while showering and place on eyes for about a minute. This helps the eyes produce thicker tears. Be sure to use lubricating, anti-red, or computer eye drops (Similasan.) Hope the suggestions improve your problem.
