What are grandparents rights in Indiana?

Report as

In Indiana, grandparents rights are visitation rights that grandparents can request from the court system. In most cases, the parent of the child may be deceased or the child may have been born out of wedlock. The grandparents must show that visitation rights with them is in the best interest of the child.
