Im 250lbs. If i run for an hour a day and do some exercise with some weights. Do you think i could lose 50 lbs in 2 months?Also im 15

Make sure you eat healthy as well. You can't exercise (well) on a bad diet.
Yes, but you need to only do as much as you can, not so your muscles feel like they're exploding or until you puke or pass out. Drink tons of water and stretch for a few minutes before exercising

I seriously doubt if you could run that long, you should start out slow, about 10 minutes a day for about a week or so and gradually work you way up. Also, cut your calorie intake to about half of what it is now
Try the Virgin Diet. You find the book at Walmart. You eat, but you eat right and you'll clean your body too. Keep exercising.
