What workouts can I do for a flat stomach, lifted booty, and tone arms?
I want to achieve this goal by the beginning of June.
Ok first maybe excersie but zumba is the best there is special ones to work out the whole body even the booty to lift it

pushups and situps it might take a little longer but if u are willing to work hard it can work out. good luck. :)
well first u need to eat healthy and work out if your just starting this work out for 20 mins in a row all week and if it works keep doing it and TRUST ME ITS HARD!
plus if you want to have a little fun zumba has a wii game where you can lose weight. and all other stuff
