My "diet" isn't working?!
please help. i've cut down to eating nothing for breakfast, one fruit and grain for lunch, then a bit more for dinner (like a couple of boiled veggies or something and a lot of grains). I'm still chubby and my body looks REALLY bad in a bikini/swimsuit. I can't excersize, since I don't have the money or time, and i'm in high school. I'm a female, 15 y/o. Any suggestions? :'(
